Nowhere I’d Rather Be
Two happy little houses sitting on rolling green hills, with a big rainbow, smiley clouds and little hearts floating up from the chimneys 🌈 There are tulips dotted all over the hills and the words “there’s nowhere I’d rather be than here with you”. I’ve finished it off with a sunny yellow scalloped border, gold lustre sparkles and a gold lustre rim.
It’s a big decorative plate, made to be shown off. Pop it on a shelf, prop it up on a dresser or hang it on the wall to make any room feel a bit more like home. It’d make a really lovely housewarming present, or a gift for your other half, your bestie or your favourite neighbour.
A little heads up: this one’s slightly imperfect! The gold lustre didn’t come out of the kiln quite as shiny as I’d hoped, so it’s a bit more muted than usual in places. It’s still a really lovely piece, but I wanted to be upfront so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Hand wash only. Special things deserve special care, and the gold lustre won’t survive the dishwasher or microwave!
Everything I make is handmade and hand-painted by me, so no two pieces are ever exactly the same. You might spot little quirks like slightly wonky edges, glaze pooling or tiny colour differences. I genuinely think that’s what makes them special, and it’s how you know it was made by a real human (with a lot of love!).
