🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


📦 Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (receipt)

  • Returns must be approved before sending
  • Items sent back without contacting first will not be accepted

If your return is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your parcel

⚠️ Damages & issues

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Contact me as soon as possible so I can sort it quickly.


🚫 Non-returnable items

I cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

🇪🇺 EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Cancel or return your order within 14 days
  • No reason required

Items must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified if your refund is approved
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to process the refund
