Processing time
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days after purchase.
Shipping service
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Delivery aim: 1 working day after dispatch
- Fully tracked with updates via email/SMS
- Photo confirmation on delivery where available
- Flexible delivery options (safe place, neighbour, etc.)
Important note on delivery times
Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service. It is an aim, and delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods or due to postal disruptions.
Delivery timeframe expectation
Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
📍 Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
⚠️ Delays
If your parcel has not arrived:
- Please allow up to 7 working days from the expected delivery date before it is considered lost
- After this time, I can raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf
💸 Loss or damage
Orders are covered for up to £75 compensation through Royal Mail.
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Please contact me and I will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible
🏠 Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
📨 Missed deliveries
If no one is available, Royal Mail may:
- Leave your parcel in a safe place
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Attempt redelivery or hold it at your local depot
